On 22 May 2020, ElectraNet submitted an application to the AER to amend its revenue determination in accordance with clause 6A.8.2 of the NER to account for the costs of delivering the Eyre Peninsula Reinforcement contingent project.

The Eyre Peninsula Reinforcement contingent project will replace the existing single-circuit transmission line serving the Eyre Peninsula with a new double circuit line from Cultana to Port Lincoln.

Interested parties were invited to make submissions on ElectraNet’s contingent project by the close of business 24 June 2020. No submissions were received.
