On 6 September 2018, the AER approved an electricity retailer authorisation application from The Embedded Networks Company Pty Ltd (The Embedded Networks Company) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law). The Embedded Networks Company is now authorised to retail electricity as and when the Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
