On 29 March 2018, based on consultation with stakeholders on our draft Statement of approach and 2018 Focus, the AER published three documents:

• The Statement of approach, which contains the general approach we will take for our wholesale electricity market performance monitoring functions.
• The 2018 Focus, which identifies the areas we will focus on for the 2018 performance report, and the tools and measures we will use.
• Our Summary of submissions and responses, which contains a summary of the submissions we received in our last round of consultation and our responses to them.
