On 27 September 2017, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Sunset Power International Pty Ltd (trading as Delta Electricity) (Sunset Power) for an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).

Invitations for submissions on the application closed on Thursday 26 October 2017.  No submissions were received.
