On 8 December 2017, the AER approved an electricity retailer authorisation application from Sunset Power International Pty Ltd (trading as Delta Electricity) (Sunset Power) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law). Sunset Power is now authorised to retail electricity as and when the Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
