On 18 November 2005 the ACCC received a revised access arrangement proposal. The service provider then provided an amended version of the revised access arrangement on 25 November 2005. The only difference in the amended version is a change to the statement on when the access arrangement will commence.
In the draft decision, the ACCC considered that the proposed access arrangement information satisfied the provisions of the code. As a result there was no need for a revised access arrangement information.
