The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R5 class exemption.

Cancellation of registration
On 6 August 2021 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to the exempt customers having been transferred to Apex Energy's authorised retailer entity, Apex Energy Holdings Pty Ltd.
