The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

Exemption class applicable conditions
The registrant confirms that this site has been/will be retrofitted. For more information, refer to the Network Exemption Guideline.
From 17 December 2019, this network exemption replaces three other network exemptions (listed below) previously held by the registrant.
These networks have now been consolidated into a single network at the site.
Change of registered business name
On 14 September 2020, Enwave Tonsley Pty Ltd name changed to CPE Tonsley Pty Ltd.
