The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R4 class exemption.

On 26 March 2021 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to the registrant’s eligibility for a deemed exemption class.
