The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R4 class exemption.

From 22 July 2020, this registration was held by Discovery Holiday Parks Pty Limited / ACN 111 782 846.
