The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R5 class exemptions.

Before 25 August 2021 registrations for this site were held by The trustee for the Dinger Ring Trust / ABN 78 493 947 447.
Cancellation of registration
On 1 March 2022 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to the appointment of Metered Energy Holdings Pty Ltd as the embedded network operator and authorised electricity retailer for this site.
