The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R4 class exemption.

Cancellation of registration
On 26 February 2024, the AER received notice from INA Operations Trust No. 3 of the cancellation of exemption on the grounds that it no longer owns or sells electricity at the site.
