The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R5 class exemptions.

From 12 May 2022 registrations for this site were held by The Trustee for ISPT Retail Australia Property Trust (Caloundra Village QLD) / ABN 88 282 358 287.
