The Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER is no longer in effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

On 25 November 2020, Eighth Gate (the Embedded Network Operator of this site) advised by, that the registrant's details, as provided by the Registrant when registering the exemption for this site, were incorrect. The details of the Trustee have subsequently been amended to reflect the correct registrant's details.
