The Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

Applicable conditions for exemption class NR1 and NR5
Prior to 1 November 2016, this exemption was registered by The trustee for GPD Chermside Unit Trust / ABN 85 715 625 514.
After 14 September 2018, this registration was held by LYM Family Investments Pty Ltd ATF LYM Family Trust / ACN 618 848 301
