The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R2 class exemption.

On 17 October 2022 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to the appointment of Locality Planning Energy Pty Ltd / ABN 15 148 958 061 as the embedded network operator and authorised electricity retailer for this site.
