On 23 February 2016 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.

The Locality Planning Energy Pty Ltd / ABN 15 148 958 061 registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applies to Locality Planning Energy Pty Ltd takes effect from 30 May 2023.
