The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R2 class exemption.

On 18 August 2022, the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to the new registrant holding a retailer authorisation.
