The Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

Prior to 16 December 2015, the exemption for this site was registered to The trustee for the MCCP Trust / ABN 61 160 806 742.
From 7 June 2021 registrations for this site were held by Serenitas Communities Holdings Pty Ltd ATF Serenitas Communities Trust II / ABN 98 494 653 620.
