The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R5 class exemptions.

The exemption holder for this site was granted an individual exemption on 9 October 2015 for the sale of energy within a converted embedded network proposed for this site. The individual exemption replaces this registrable exemption.
