On 7 November 2015 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.
Applicable conditions for exemption
Cancellation of registration
On 19 October 2021, the AER received notice of the cancellation of exemption on the grounds that it no longer owns or operates, or sells electricity at the site.
