On 16 July 2015 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.
Applicable conditions for exemption
From 29 November 2019 this registration was held by Centuria Investment Management (CDPF) No. 2 Pty Ltd ATF CDPF for Direct Property Fund / ACN 636 571 143.
