The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R2 class exemption.

Historical registration
From 26 November 2015 this registration became historical and a new registration for the site came into effect held by Capital Embedded Networks Pty Limited / ABN 68 602 663 561
