The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R2 class exemption.

Applicable conditions for R2 class exemption
Prior to 24 August 2015, the exemption for this site was held by Gridcorp Pty Limited / ABN 43 096 165 605.
After 14 August 2018, this registration was held by Owners Corporation SP88968 / ABN 84 816 232 364
