On 10 February 2016 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.

Energy Intelligence Pty Ltd / ABN 48 132 080 552 has registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applies to Energy Intelligence Pty Ltd takes effect from 9 November 2022.
From 1 September 2023, exemptions for this site were registered by The Trustee for Dandenong Plaza JV Unit Trust / ABN 42 892 199 700.
