The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R3 class exemption.

Prior to 8 October 2019 this registration was held by Oak Tree Retirement Villages Cardiff Pty Ltd / ABN 79 161 185 244.
On 27 June 2023 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to the appointment of Altogether Group Pty Ltd / ABN 28 136 272 298 as the embedded network operator and authorised electricity retailer for this site.
