The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

Before 28 October 2020 registrations for this site were held by Coast & Country Developments Pty Limited / ABN 28 130 670 263.
Cancellation of registration
On 13 September 2023, the AER received notice from Land Lease SPV atf HVV Neath Unit Trust / ABN 75 916 359 561 of the cancellation of exemption on the grounds that it no longer owns or operates or sells electricity at the site.
