The Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

Exemption class applicable conditions
CBRE (C) PTY LIMITED / ABN 64 003 205 552 registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applies to CBRE (C) PTY LIMITED takes effect from 12 September 2024.
Prior to 12 September 2024 Jones Lang LaSalle (Vic) Pty Limited / ABN 28 004 582 423 was registered as an additional registrant for this exemption.
