P>The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R3 class exemption.

The exemption applies to energy sales to residential customers. It requires exemption holders to join their state or territory energy ombudsman scheme.
Prior to 8 August 2022, an exemption for this site was held by Chiton RV Pty Ltd / ACN 151 851 302.
