On 28 November 2017 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.

Prior to 28 November 2017, this exemption was registered by Rohrig Pty Ltd & Halifax Nominees Pty Ltd / ABN 75 943 395 449.
From 15 July 2020, this exemption was registered by Cordelia Trust & The Taplow Cottage Trust / ABN 32 336 452 617.
