The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R5 class exemptions.

Prior to 31 August 2018 this registration was held by Hwang Chen Mu-Dan Family Trust & Lin Lee Wen Yen Family Trust / ABN 51 583 100 630.
On 15 February 2023 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to the appointment of WINconnect Pty Ltd / ABN 71 112 175 710 as the embedded network operator and authorised electricity retailer for this site.
