On 1 July 2013 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.
Applicable conditions for exemption
From 17 January 2018 this exemption was held by The Trust Company Limited (ACN 004 027 749) ATF Montague QL Trust / ABN 55 334 626 683.
