The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R5 class exemptions.

After 16 May 2019, exemptions for this site were registered to Tackelly No.6 Pty Limited ATF Tackelly No.6 Trust / ABN 41 829 722 516.
