On 17 June 2013 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.
Applicable conditions for exemption
From 6 July 2022 registrations for this site were held by Challenger Life Nominees Pty Ltd / ABN 39 091 336 793.
