On 1 July 2016 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.
Applicable conditions for exemption
Before 1 July 2016, this exemption was registered by Charter Hall Asset Services Pty Limited/ ABN 17 081 706 167.
From 11 September 2019 exemptions for this site were registered by Alceon Group No. 43 Pty Limited ATF Caboolture Retail Trust / ABN 32 954 087 807.
