The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R5 class exemptions.

Applicable conditions for class exemptions
Prior to 22 November 2019 this registration was held by Vicinity Property Management Trust / ABN 83 026 144 869.
From 9 May 2022 registrations for this site was held by Qualitas Funds Management Pty Ltd / ABN 70 164 315 486.
