The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R5 class exemptions.

Applicable conditions for class exemptions
Prior to 20 December 2018 this registration was held by Stockland Property Management Pty Limited / ABN 22 000 059 398.
From 12 August 2019, exemptions for this site were registered by Toowong Central Office Pty Ltd ATF Toowong Central Office Sub Trust / ABN 46 781 496 391.
