On 29 January 2015 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.
Applicable conditions for exemption
Prior to 17 October 2014 this exemption was registered by AMP Capital Investors Limited / ABN 59 001 777 591.
From 26 November 2019 this registration was held by YFG Shopping Centres Pty Ltd ATF Fu Family Trust / ACN 056 974 844
