The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R5 class exemptions.

Before 22 November 2018, an exemption for this site was held by MJ Nielson Pty Ltd / ABN 64 063 240 344.
From 11 October 2019 this exemption was held by Dymocks Properties (Brisbane) Pty Ltd / ABN 633 746 059
