Central Ranges Pipeline Pty Ltd lodged a proposed access arrangement with the ACCC on 23 August 2005. The ACCC issued its draft decision on 26 October 2005. In response, Central Ranges Pipeline Pty Ltd provided a revised access arrangement. The revised access arrangement was approved by the ACCC on 7 December 2005.
Both the Central Ranges Pipeline and Central Ranges Pipeline Network access arrangements will expire on 1 July 2019, and that from that time they will cease to be covered pipelines for the purposes of the National Gas Law and Rules.
This means that access arrangement revision proposals will not be required for the Central Ranges Pipeline or Central Ranges Pipeline Network on 30 June 2018 as specified in the current access arrangements.
