On 18 April 2023, APA Group submitted to the AER an annual tariff variation notice for its Queensland gas transmission network for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024.
On 1 May 2023, APA Group submitted a revised tariff variation notice and model in response to AER queries. This resubmission resulted in changes to the proposed reference tariffs.
On 8 May 2023, the AER approved APA Group's annual tariff variation notice for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024. This was after assessing the tariff variation as compliant with the AER's final decision on Roma to Brisbane's 2022–27 access arrangement.
