On 21 May 2021, Jemena submitted to the AER an initial pricing proposal for its Victorian distribution network for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022. Jemena's pricing proposal will be assessed for compliance with the AER's 2021–26 regulatory determination.
On 7 and 9 June 2021, Jemena submitted to the AER revised annual pricing proposals in response to AER queries. This submission included revised proposed prices.
On 11 June 2021, the AER approved Jemena's annual pricing proposal for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022. This was after assessing the pricing proposal as compliant with the National Electricity Rules and the AER's Final Decision on Jemena - Determination 2021–26.
