On 8 February 2021, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) released a Request for Tender (AER reference: AC 13/21) to appoint a Dispute Resolution Advisor. This process is still underway and the new arrangement is scheduled to commence on 1 October 2021. Until such commencement, the AER has extended the incumbent Dispute Resolution Advisor to 30 September 2021 as an interim measure.
