On 22 December 2020, the AER accepted an application from AMP Capital Investors Ltd for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at Marrickville Metro Shopping Centre, Marrickville, NSW.

We will take into account submissions in deciding whether or not to grant AMP Capital Investments Ltd's application.
