On 1 April 2020, Ausgrid informed the AER that they would not be able to provide a punctual annual pricing proposal for its New South Wales distribution network for the period 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021. Ausgrid has advised that they intend to provide an annual pricing proposal by 17 April 2020.
On 17 April 2020, Ausgrid submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for its New South Wales distribution network for the period 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021. Ausgrid's pricing proposal will be assessed for compliance with the AER's 2019-24 regulatory determination.
On 18 May 2020, the AER approved Ausgrid's annual pricing proposal for the period 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021. This was after assessing the pricing proposal as compliant with the National Electricity Rules and the AER's Final Decision on Ausgrid - Determination 2019-24.
