On 31 March 2020, Evoenergy submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for its Australian Capital Territory distribution network for the period 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021. Evoenergy's pricing proposal will be assessed for compliance with the AER's 2019-24 regulatory determination.
On 8 May 2020, the AER approved Evoenergy's annual pricing proposal for the period 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021. This was after assessing the pricing proposal as compliant with the National Electricity Rules and the AER's Final Decision on Evoenergy (ActewAGL) - Determination 2019-24.
