On 30 April 2019, the AER published its final decision on the electricity determination for ACT distribution network service provider, Evoenergy, for the 2019-24 regulatory control period commencing 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2024.
On 29 November 2018, Evoenergy submitted its revised regulatory proposal for the 2019-24 period.
On 27 September 2018, the AER published its draft decision for Evoenergy for the 2019-24 period. On 5 December 2018, the AER also published its draft decision on Evoenergy's transmission pricing methodology in relation to Evoenergy's electricity distribution determination for the 2019-24 period.
Update
On 25 March 2021, the AER revoked the 30 April 2019 determination and substituted it with a new determination to correct an error in the control mechanisms attachment to facilitate an appropriate transition to the latest version of the service target performance incentive scheme. All other aspects of the determination remain as per the AER’s 30 April 2019 final determination.
