The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has received revenue proposals from Evoenergy (formerly ActewAGL), Power and Water Corporation (PWC), and TasNetworks distribution and transmission. Evoenergy, PWC and TasNetworks operate in the Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory and Tasmania, respectively.
Their proposals set out the revenue they propose to collect from their electricity consumers through network charges from 1 June 2019 to 30 July 2024. We have published the proposals on our website:
Under the National Electricity Rules, as part of our distribution determinations we are required to make a decision on the negotiated distribution service criteria (NDSC). These are the criteria to apply in negotiating terms and conditions of access for negotiated services.
