On 19 November 2015, the AER granted a retailer authorisation to ElectrAg Pty Ltd (ElectrAg) under the National Energy Retail Law. ElectrAg is now authorised to retail electricity as and when the National Energy Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
The AER sought public submissions on ElectrAg's application for retailer authorisation. Consultation on the application closed on 10 August 2015. No submissions were received.
