On 4 December 2014, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) granted an individual exemption to Humenergy Group from the requirement to obtain an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
The AER sought public submissions on the Humenergy Group's application for an individual exemption. Consultation on the application closed on 3 October 2014. No Submissions were received.
